for a blazer the housings are leaf springs i believe. so the pumpkin hook up would probally be totally different and not have the ears on top. not 100% on this but from the leaf spring rears i've seen before this seems correct. you would still be able to use all the guts of the 12bolts though barring anything is bent up. guess it depends on how orginal you want it to look. for someone thats a good welder i'm sure they could modify them to work.
