hello all , im having a problem adjusting my deck lid the lower right side is to high ?  i have seen had this problem before on other 69 chevelle whats the deal anyone know how to fix this goof that i ahve done,  whats with the bar,s that run  from the hinge to hinge, i have notice there three place   where this bar can go , but dont know what to do any suggestion would be  extremly help full thanks jim texas
