Well, I messed with it a bit more today, and since my fan is direct drive with no clutch, I just spun it a bit and the car fired right up.
Now I just need to put the new axle in, the new brake line, and put the drum brake on that side back together, and take it for a spin.

I'd prime the carb and get someone to either push you or tow you at about 20 mph put it in drive with key on and it should fire up when you hit  20-25 mph
