Mike, I'm running Edelbrocks on my Tempest. The car is set up to be fairly stiff, for handling. The Edelbrocks work well when pushed, but are a little harsh in normal driving. They suit my needs well, but if you are after a smooth ride you will not like them. I have KYBs on my Elky and I really like them. Yes they are a little stiff.
