I bought a whole kit that "Totally Stainless" puts together specifically for chevelles. They make packets of bolts, washers, etc, individually labeled for each section. For example, the front bumber has a section of all the bolts, nuts, and washer in a section. The kit I bought does not include the engine, or interior, but they have those kits as well.
I also bought some stainless hardware from a place called "Bisco of Florida". They have a web site to help you select sizes. The bigger bolts will run into money fast as I think they sell by the pound. Be careful what you put stainless on. Stainless can only handle so much stress. They do make different grades of stainless for more stressful applications.
