I don't think right-clicking will work with the application that's displaying the car/color/wheels since it's not a static photo. You can do a screen capture and save it in some graphics program to crop out the unwanted information.

When I have that screen up nothing seems to happen when I right click, that's how I normally get things copied from ebay, photo albums, etc. Not too good with secret key strokes though so if there's a way to do it off the keyboard I don't know it.
