Thanks Mike..I live in Wharton so Houston is close. I notice the name Superior on a Google Search, but was unsure to try them. My Bumpers are in good shape..they have some minor etching or pitting from sand I guess. You have to get close to notice it, but I do want to correct the problem. It always seems like there is so much you want to correct and only so much cash to go around!(GRIN) I'm putting a new BDS 8-72 blower on my 454 and that took a chunk!

You, pretty much, have the price range. $200 or so per bumber is about right. I used a company called Superior in Houston. They go to the DFW swap meets. I also used a Harley shop called Show-n-go chrome. You might want to think about that. Bikes are real popular these days and if the bumpers don't not need any work, that might be a good option. Otherwise find a company that can fix the bumper right and then chrome it so it will last. Hope this helps regards mike --- Dan Mascheck <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > What does it cost to re-chrome a bumper? I would > like to get both of mine > re-chromed for a 72 Chevelle.
