I’d guess that any reputable body shop would have the means to do this and probably any dealership as well.  For an inexpensive way out (Read: I’m cheap), use a friend or neighbor’s car to get a starting point, i.e., see where their headlamps show on a garage wall or garage door at both low and high beam.  Then put your car in the same spot(s) and adjust accordingly.   Dale McIntosh 67 El Camino 1967 Chevelle Facts CD in progress ACES #1709/TC Gold #92
