I’d guess that any reputable body
shop would have the means to do this and probably any dealership as well.
For an inexpensive way out (Read: I’m cheap), use a friend or neighbor’s
car to get a starting point, i.e., see where their headlamps show on a garage
wall or garage door at both low and high beam. Then put your car in the
