hey krister you can restore your wheel , just repair as you would a dent in a fender, fill  prime and  sand , try that fussion paint  for plastic stick good , follow with a clear coat, i did mine looks good not perfect , but should get you by until the next one come up on ebay, a clue to ebay is  bring up the bid window in three or four different windows , each with a bigger bid ready and waiting for you to click, if and when you need it, of course high speed internet might help too, good luck
