If you are going to change your blower motor, I hate to tell you that you will have to take the fender out. Almost an impossible job without doing that, it is tucked way back up in the passenger fender.
To remove the heater core you remove all the bolts from behind the A/C unit that releases the casing beneath the dash on the passengers side. its not a job for the faint at heart, but not impossible
