Pelle, make sure that the u-joint in the rear end yoke is seated properly. There are a couple ridges in the yoke to make sure the u-joint is centered in it. If it is not centered in that yoke that could cause some vibration.

But...
Is it common that the joke's splines get worn out, creating too much play
damaging the end house bushing & u-joints?
