I used FatMat from ebay, it was about 100 dollars for 100 square feet. It really cut down on road noise.
It was pretty user friendly, just make sure to wipe the surfaces down with acetone or something similar before applying it. Also, the roller they supplied was pure garbage, I'd suggest finding a good wood roller somewhere.
I really cut down on road noise.
