If you have an agent that does not care, then it does not matter whose fault it was, how good your coverage is, or how great the company is.  You will get screwed and not have much to do about it because the only one who cares will be you. The agent is the one who can work the company and look out for you.  They can go to bat and get you the coverage you paid for and work with the adjusters and home office.  If I did not already have an agent I trust, I would switch to Alex in a heartbeat without even asking what the best price was! If you have a relationship with some one you trust, and has never let you down, it means plenty to me! When I got my car, a friend and I went to Lawrence Marshall’s car museum in Hempstead. They said Grundy was the best.
