The only way to do a resto is on the roll unless you can get the frame & body done in one winter. That means you must have a pro to do the bodywork and paint and another outfit blast and paint the frame. Then, it's the "If you give a mouse a cookie" routine...first you'll need a Currie rearend, then tubular A-arms, the Baer brakes, then a woopie radiator, and on and on and on and on. Then your wife will leave you anyway because, when the day is done, they really don't care all that much about cars. You also don’t want to take it apart until you are very familiar with it, and you have to realize that once you start taking it apart it's going to be a long time before it's back together. My advice is to just enjoy it for a while before you do anything else.
