The location of the crossmember depends on what transmission you
have. TH400's are longer, therefore the crossmember has to be further
back. Also bear in mind that EC frames are different than 2 door
coupes. The EC frame is boxed and is 4 inches longer in the middle than a
2 door. The bolts to go in, what you call upside down.
