I assume the dealer would have had to install the SS hood as that wasn’t a factory option.  Gauges were not a SS item but could be ordered on any V8 Malibu or SS and would have been special order or either.  I question the 375hp w/factory air as GM didn’t put A/C on solid lifter engines. It’s possible the dealer could have added aftermarket A/C and that was quite common in the 60s.  Aftermarket A/C cost less than factory A/C, I helped install a lot of them.
