My bad, Larry.  Didn't look at a second page of listings.  64-67 Chevelle
(exc. Wagon/El Camino) along with some other years full size, non vented is
#405373 and another listed as 66-67 Chevelle (El Camino) w/P.S. (396) is
#3914958.  What P/S has to do with anything is beyond me - also doesn't note
whether vented or non vented but as John pointed out, I'd say it's non
vented.

What you are saying makes sense to me concerning spills, but it's not in 
line with what Dale posted about what the Chevrolet book says, which said 
"all take the same vented cap (#3843698)". Not pointing fingers at anyone 
here, just curious...
