I had P/S in the SS and have it in the Elky as well. I drove the SS for a couple of years with no pump and the hoses off. Wasn't that difficult with the large stock steering wheel but P/S was hooked back up long before the smaller wheel was used. With a smaller wheel, it'd be a chore to parallel park, no doubt.
