Do you run the car at all during the winter??  If so, how much??  If you
don't, I wouldn't see the need for new oil before start up in the spring.
Maybe I'm missing something here.  Same for the filter.
How long is your winter storage??  3-4-5 months??
I don't see where the oil would have any contaminants or have been diluted
by fuel.
