I believe the cable issue can be worked out. When I go to GM Carlisle in
June. I will bring both sets of cables to the Right Stuff tent. The original
cables should work fine. The ends are different, that is all.

   Clyde the rears have a different width, but the ends where you mount the
discs are the same bolt pattern.  

 

AND for Jim

 

        Were you able to connect the emergency brake?    I've heard that is
a problem with some calipers.

Hello to all fellow members,i have a 69 chevelle,i was interested in putting
rear disc brakes on it.I know i can buy a baer kit,but was wonering if any
members knew if 91 firebird rear calipre supports,rotors and calipres will
work.I'am building a 12 bolt for the same car,i would like to mount all the
rear disc brake goodies before it goes into the car.Any suggestions?of what
goodies to use,thanks for reading .Clyde.
