I hate this laptop, all this misspellings. No, I had to order a new front cable. I think looking at it that it comes down thru the firewall, and into the frame where it has to make a tight 90 degree turn and goes out the hole just above the brake line. I had it coming out on the bottom of the frame and then the 90 in the cable. This did not allow the cable to release. The hard part will be geeting it to make that 90 in the frame. Yes pictures would help. the assembly manual does not really show which hole to bring it out of. Thanks, Jim
