Hello My name is Brian Thomas. I am also restoring a 1969 Chevelle SS. You look like you are missing the bracket that attaches to the bolt for the exhaust manifold and a hole just below there. The bracket you are looking for can be located in the Ground-up catalog, page 17. It is the smaller of the three brackets from item AQW-1418. I just finished installing the power steering pump. As of this moment, I do not know where you can buy the bracket separtely, but I hope this will help.
