I have my doubts about the weights being the same. Dynamat would be the lightest! Lizard skin is heavy in the container, but not like Rhino liner or the equivalent and it will do nothing for heat! I run a 468 with a huge 871 BDS blower with two 4's on top and it puts out plenty of heat even with ceramic coated headers. Heat and noise are a major problem, and of course with a blower I knew it would be loud, but anything you can do to eliminate some of the heat and noise is a plus! Lizardskin and Dynamat would be my choice!
If you want to use the Rhino lining I use it on my running board on my 46 Chevy truck and will use it under the wheel wells to prevent the star burst patterns you get when rocks fly up under the wheel wells and pop your paint! Lizardskin is not a bad product but you have to have a special gun to spray it with and worry about it going places you don't want and it is not cheap! Dynamat is a pain to work in tight areas.
