When you stop the hidden wipers, they should stop near the
hood, and then there is a distinct movement where they go into park. If
you have this distinct movement, but they are still not lowered all the way,
you may need to remove the arm & reinstall a bit lower. If you do not have
the distinct PARK movement the problem is more likely in the motor or
electrical connection.
