I tried a similar product and it lasted for less than a year! I've got to re-do the rust areas!! And re-spray the Malibu. Lesson: DO IT RIGHT FIRST TIME RIGHT!!!!! That doesn't make the problem go away. The only way to eliminate rust is to cut it out and replace it with new metal or sandblast it off.
