It would definatly be easier and all if you were to look for a 70, but then
again you're talking to a guy that would take a 68 Chevelle and put a 69 front
end on it for the simple fact I like the small side marker lights on the 69
better than the big box of one on the 68. Or if you want to really screw with
someone how about a '57 Chevrolet with a 56 front end? Muh ha ha ha!!!!! I took
a set of fenders for a 66 Chevelle off a 67 model, I guess someone had the same
thoughts as me or more than likely someone wrecked the thing knew where there
was a 66 parts car and robbed its front end.

87 Monte Carlo SS (The modern Chevelle especially when you add the right stuff)
71 Malibu (Something new to blow my money on)

The 72 dash harness WILL NOT WORK with the 1970 forward harnesses without
MAJOR reconfiguration of the fuseblock. So if you plan on doing this, plan
on buying a dash harness. The only front end parts you can use are the hood
and hinges, everything else is different. Why not just look for a 70
instead of changing a 72?
