En los u'ltimos a~os, gradual y paulatinamente se han venido gestionando
e incrementando diversos juicios agrarios contra poblaciones indi'genas
identificadas pu'blicamente como Bases de Apoyo Zapatistas.
Uno de los principales promoventes de diversos juicios agrarios para el
control y despojo de tierras es la /Organizacio'n para la Defensa de los
Derechos Indi'genas y Campesinos A. C. (OPDDIC)/, que como es sabido y se
ha denunciado en diversas ocasiones tanto en medios locales como
nacionales, muchos de sus integrantes incluyendo sus dirigentes, esta'n
vinculados con grupos de delincuencia organizada, presentan
caracteri'sticas paramilitares: una postura poli'tica pu'blicamente
anti-zapatista, mandos y jerarqui'as, actu'an con el apoyo ta'cito del
Eje'rcito mexicano, son parte integral de una estrategia de
contrainsurgencia y esta'n armados...
