Hi Karim, Yii, Django and ... are slow dogs. Zotonic is CMS. They say it is also Web Framework, but they work with only postgres, no NoSql (http://zotonic.com/page/620/proven-and-powerful-database ) ChicagoBoss is Web Framework.
