Hi Leonid, The most active one-on-one live answers you can get are probably in IRC on freenode.net in the channel #chicagoboss.
There are a indeed a handful of folks all running CB in production as well as developing new apps (the most recent announcement was erlangcms.com). But anything you're encountering that even smells ever-so-slightly as a bug, feel free to post a github issue. Anything confusing to one new user is probably confusing to *other* new users and indicates that either a bug needs to be fixed, an API needs to be improved, or documentation needs to be better. Further, there are 100+ watchers on the CB repo in github, so you're able to tap the knowledge any any of those users who might get email notifications from GH issues. I hope that helps you a bit.
