Looks like I overlooked one important aspect: -init didn't work anymore because I changed "init-repository" to use get-prefix which should've been repo-path. This caused the entire Salmonella build to break today! I'm terribly sorry! I've pushed a fix just now to change it to use repo-path. Hopefully everything works now. A quick test run locally with Salmonella worked, at least. Cheers, Peter
