Hi folks, Here is a very simple one, I have a horrible internet connection so I've often noticed that there is a long pause without any output while chicken-install downloads egg sources, and this also confused someone I was helping to get started with CHICKEN today. So, I thought we should perhaps print a reassuring message for chicken-install users. Thoughts?
