Cheesy Mexican Chicken 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 3 cups corn chips 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, divided 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix (i use about half a pkg) 1/2 cup milk
Place chicken in 13x9" baking dish. Mix soup, 1-1/2 cups of cheese, milk, and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken. Top with chips; cover. Bake at 375�F for 30 to 40 minutes.
