It turns out that Chicken 2.2 does not build under VC++ using
vcbuild.bat. Is there an archive of older Chicken releases around
here somewhere? It's not apparent from either the Chicken homepage or
Google.

I'm not sure whether this helps you, but the new 2.315 just builds fine
w/ the VC 2003 toolkit when using makefile.vc and win-install.bat.
