That's not entirely correct.  Spiffy parameterizes the headers.  You
can override them in the body.

However, I *do* think that Spiffy should do the Right Thing and send
the Content-Length header.  I'm trying to come up with a test case
so I can have something to ensure this will not happen in the future.
