Although now that I think about it we use to have a German Shepherd 
Hybred that did that. Every time she got overly excited or scared she 
would pee. We ended up having to just make sure that when she got 
that way we had her on a surface that was easy to clean up or 
outside. She wasn't allowed on the sofa, beds, etc so that wasn't an 
issue.
