So I guess I am just lucky to live in the country, the chis can go out to potty unsupervised, and the cats can stay out all the time and use natures litter box. Raisin the bird is very happy to know the cats are now outside :-)   However, if one of the cats is sick or injured (or if it is really cold outside and they are at the door meowing) we bring them in. We can't let them stay long due to a lack of a littler box. Seriously, we have constant human vigilence on the litter boxes.
