I would try to get her used to the crate. Not only because of the
move, but because if you ever intend on having her fly somewhere
with you, you'll want her to behave in the kennel (not bark and
whine). Make sure you associate the kennel with good experiences.
Put toys in it and give her treats while she is in it. ~Lacey

her bed up now and put all her bed stuff inthe crate so shell sleep
in it insted?

advice. We just got approved for a house that we where really not
expecting to be able to get. Well be moving at the end of the month.
As most of you know, I have a new little baby. My 9 week old little
girl, Two Socks. What I am wondering is does anyone have any good
advice on preparing her for our new, and much larger, home. I want
this to go as smoothly as possible for her. Thanks for the help.

comfortable during the change over? Those crates can be a life
saver, for that is their own little private home, at home! We never
leave our little Tico out when we leave him for a few hours at home
by himself. He's much more comfortable is his crate. We never used
this crate for discipline. So, he doesn't associate it. He does at
times, growl, or shows his teeth in displeasure at going in, only
cause he always wants to come with us.
