I think you should charge more for the more expensive fabrics. Can you set up a website where people can custom order? Show outer fabrics to choose from, lining, edging; etc? I think they would go for a minimum of $35 and up. I think you should go on e-bay and have an opening bid of say $34.99 and buy it now for $35.99. Then you explain the winning bidder must send measurements as there are no refunds. I buy from 'Valentine's closet' on e-bay and she does that. She does a great job. You should try it, it couldn't hurt :-) Make sure your prices cover e-bay fees!
