Hi Katie,

Don't feel funny about your dog food ideas. I have to
shut my mouth COMPLETELY when anyone mentions a dog
food they like. I tend to not like most dog foods at
all for various reasons. I have vowed that my next dog
will be fed something that I make from a recipe for
dogs. Will it be more work? Yeah, but you can make big
batches and freeze them. There are many books and web
sites on the subject - some good - some bad - but if
you're careful you can inform yourself and find
something that works for you and your dogs. Not saying
YOU should - but I mean, it is for ME. Just wanted you
to know you are NOT alone in your concerns.

Best to all,
Lynn aka Chatty (I'll be off list the rest of the day)
