Oscar has a full range of personality, from wanting to be treated like a baby all the way to guard dog alpha-male. He is also the most cuddly, but only a little more. You can not say the word "walk" without him wanting a walk. He will throw a crying fit until you get him ready and take a walk. Yeah, I could correct this behavior, but, I like him communicating with me. A lot to be learned about how they learn from each other and to us.

This was an interesting email. Sophie, now 9 months, is my first chihuahua. (She's my only dog) Before her I had had yorkshire terriers. I enjoy this group because there is so much to learn about these little sweeties as a breed that I know nothing about. I've had some great little dogs in my life, but Sophie is absolutely amazing. She is a short hair and she does seem to have the personality of your (Terry's) chis that are shorthair.Oscar carrying the little stuffed toy around all the time is so cute! Terry? In the pictures on your web site, which chi is which?
