Hi Steve, Since Chi's are from a desert region originally they have a hard time with the cold. Harvey's tummy is completely bare and I know how cold I get. All the books say keep them warm, so that is mainly why I do dress him. The other reason is he enjoys it and it makes me happy too. I wouldn't do it if he hated it. BTW, I think Bunny is adorable, I love her look! Vicki
