my dogs lead the best life possible. They would not live better if they lived in a rich household on the ocean in Palm Beach. In fact they would not live as good as they do here because here they are involved in every aspect of my life... not the occasional time to pet them. They are my life. The Punk & Darla are my constant companions and know it. They are talked to like they were children and are treated better than most children.Nonnie & The Punk & Darla-----Original Message-----Kudos to you Cindy..........it's a lot of work to keep up after them and it's expensive to give them all the goodies and premium feed. I feel like that too..........My babies eat food that costs $40.00 a bag and if I were to breed like this person I'd probably have a hard time financially just feeding them the cheap garbage food. That's another reason I don't want to breed.......I want my babies to always have tons of quality time with me, and eat the best food that's out there. I hate puppy millers. Sash.

There is no way that woman lives in the same home as the dogs.. If you can't smell what they smell , feel what they feel , and all around be treated in the same fashion then you would treat your self then I say they are a puppy mill!! My dogs are in my home.. I wake up and as my coffee brews I take care of whatever needs my dogs have .. I drink my coffee and then finish my chores with my guys. They will never live away from me. That is why I can't get any bigger then I am now.. I have one more baby girl coming to me because I sent one of my males ( Jerome) to live with my friend in Calif.. She is the one that is married to a Vet. She has one of my girls (Cadbury, I got her from a woman who had to many dogs and the mamma's diet was poor. The pup needed help and my friend and her husband took care of her). She will breed them once and I get a daughter.. After that I have my qouta of what I can handle. If your dogs can't live with you ( an I mean in comfort ) then they should be in the same place. I don't believe in making a living at this.. My dogs eat Royal Canine. they get the best of treats., doggie beds , baby blankets, etc. They are living in style. I love my dogs.. NO way a person can love 600 , let alone know them individually. If you sell to a pet store you are subject to USDA's rules. This is something to look into . Once you sell to a pet store you should be licensed and the USDA can check you out.. CindyP.S. There is a list for the USDA breeders out there.. IT is under APHIS (think) Call the USDA

I have two Chihuahuas a male and female and they bred when I was in the midst of a long distance move ~ I now have four puppies. My new landlord's grandson, who is 25 years old had asked how much I was selling them for, and I told him. He then said he was wanting to buy one from me and one from someone else and get into the "breeding business". Sooooooooo, guess what~! He is NOT getting one of "MY" babies. They deserve a better life than that. Three of them are males, and one is a female. I've decided to keep them all and spay the little girl when she is old enough........"along with her Mommy". The funniest thing happened with these little guys........their parents are the "short haireds" and the three boys came out with the "short hair", but the little girl's fur is a different texture......much softer and fuzzier. I think there must be a "long hair" somewhere in the gene pool, what do you think? I'll take some more pictures of them and email them to you all. They're three weeks old already.......eyes open and they're playing and fat as can be. I need to contact my Vet and check to see when I need to bring them in for shots and worming. When I got the parents, they were already about three months old and had all of those things. I'm passing this petition along.......I abhorre puppy millers. Will go 100 miles out of my way to shut them down. I don't even like pet stores selling live animals. Sash.

Please go to this link to stop a puppy mill in MN. The owner has
agreed to debark 600 dogs to control noise. As you know, debarking a
dog is a very cruel surgery. Not to mention this is a puppy mill.
Thank you,
Vicki
