Hey Bill, 

I just had to write and tell you that I think you must have a really
high chance of kicking this thing because you seem to be
extraordinarily upbeat! I've read a great deal about state of mind and
how it affects the bodies ability to heal. Keep up the good attitude.
Look up a fellow named Norman Cousins (who later went on to found the
Norman Cousins center for Psychoneuro-immunology at UCLA) if you want
to start on an trail of extraordinary hope for difficult situations.
