I think that should be qualified. Daisy will NOT eat dog food. So, she gets chicken, pork, beef, lamb, rice, mixed veg, peas. I really don't believe that all veggies and fruit are bad for dogs. It's processed human food that's bad for them. And we don't give that to either of my chis.

actually, almost all foods that humans eat can cause
harm to small animals.. my vet told me that any food
aside from dog food is not good for chihuahuas due to
the sugar levels.. after a 3 night stay in the ER and
1000 dollars later.. i listened!
