I don't care how big she gets, as long as she stays healthy. So, I guess maybe this Chi might evolve into being a big girl Chi. I told my roomate that Cricket could weigh as much as 12-13 pounds by the time she's two years old. She was at the Vet yesterday and the vet said not to let her gain anymore weight... at 4.5 months? hmmm...
Cricket and the big dog, Dannie, went awol for about 20 minutes Sunday. About two hours later, our Cricket was acting like she was dying... turned out that she must have eaten some Marajuana, enough to make her pass out for a long time. Scared the dickens out of us. We went and looked for it and of course didn't find any plants or anything like that... She was passed out for over 12 hours... cost us $129.50 for the vet to lecture us about not to letting her eat pot... like she got it from us!!!! It was pretty embarassing, as we do not use pot for recreation or
medicine.
We are learning that life with a Chi is no longer uneventful... LOL!!!

weight for the standard. I wouldn't say that she is finished growing
yet though since she is only 4.5 months old. I've seen some 12
