and his dogs are Fawn type...

Hi Nea Nea

Do you mean the deer head types when you say fawn?  I read ahead and saw that Sandi posted some things I was thinking about....   I don't breed, and even though many people prefer the deer head chis, apple heads are the standard and the standard is what breeders should strive for.  I think your beautiful Isabella's head does have a little bit of the deer head look which is all the more reason you are going to want to use a stud with a very good apple head.  Don't limit your self to chi studs that are nearby.  You may have to go a ways and search hard for the perfect stud to match up with Isabella.

Even though I dont breed, lol, a few of us in this group belong to a newer yahoo group on chi breeding.  I joined the group because one of the owner's of the group is from this group and I like to learn new things.  I don't know many in the group well yet (they ARE very nice) but I do know that at least a couple in the group are very knowledgeable breeders and may be able to give you lots of good advice.    The other group may be a much better forum for you to get answers to breeding questions.  Don't go quitting this group!  lol, You can be in lots of groups if you choose.  Let me know if you want that groups name.
