Hi Kat, I belong to a Yadadada(my pet peeve name for Yahoo) group called http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EmailList-Managers/ and they attempt to deal with Yahoo troubles. But I don’t trust that they will help with a problem. I am hoping for a new company to emerge with a much more stable platform with hands on tech support. But for now it is the best game in town.  I have tried Google’s groups and they tier off and it is hard to follow.
