Hi.
Nice to meet you too! We bought the property 12 years ago for
$17,500. At one time we tried to sell it and never got a call. When
it didn't sell, we decided to sell our house in town and build. We
saved and paid on the property for 6 years. Then we used it as
colateral to build the house. We didn't know things would turn out
the way they have. Our property is worth over 1/4 of a million now.
Who would have thought? However, it's all relative, because all
other property is going up in price so much too, we can't afford to
get a bigger place now any more than we could back then! It's
obscene how prices are going up so much on everything. Funny too, we
are getting all sorts of calls and emails now on our property from
people finding old ads and thinking they have found a real steal! I
get at least one a day. Crazy huh?
