My male is ten and has not been fixed. He is a territorial dog when
it comes to me and does bark at strangers but once you sit he will
want to be petted. I was always told to have "HOGGE" fixed but I
never did. He is completely house trained. Will go to door and bark
to be taken out. He is for the most part obedient for me but not so
much for wife and daughtr. I believe that a dog can be trained to
behave and obey especially at that age.
Now hogge's 10 and has always been with me. I treat him like I would
a family member and he is very spoiled so how yours will do I do not
really know but believe that these amazing creatures can do anything
and are very intelligent. Now he is a little differnt around other
dogs... jealousy comes and does not like to share the attention. He
will not listen to me when there is a bitch in heat. Give that up...
