Chihuahua puppies' ears are up and down for months. Some chihuahuas take up
to six months for their ears to stand up properly. Some chihuahuas whose
ears are already up consistently get droopy ears when they're teething, too.
Just give it time. Unless the ears are hurt in some way, they'll get there!
